Return Instructions:

1. Complete this form and include it in your return package.
2. Please include the original invoice
3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. 
4. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in unused, unworn condition.
5. Once we receive your return, we will process your request within 5-10 business days and notify you via email.
