Kultured Rider Wholesale Order Instructions and Policy
Kultured Rider is pleased to offer wholesale pricing for businesses and retailers. To ensure a smooth process, we have outlined our wholesale order instructions and policy below. Please review these carefully before placing an order.
- Setting Up a Wholesale Account
To be eligible for wholesale pricing, you must set up an approved wholesale account with Kultured Rider. To get started:
- Application Process: Please fill out our Wholesale Application Form or email us at design@kulturedrider.com with your business details (business name, tax ID, resale certificate, website, etc.).
- Approval: Upon review and approval of your application (please allow 7-10 business days), you will receive an email confirming your wholesale account status, along with your wholesale login details.
- Minimum Order Requirements
- First Order Minimum: The minimum order for first-time wholesale customers is $3500.
- Reorder Minimum: The minimum reorder requirement is $1000. Orders below the minimum will not be processed.
- Quantity Minimums per Product: Some products may have minimum order quantities (MOQs) per style, color, or size. These MOQs will be clearly indicated on the product page.
- Placing an Order
Wholesale orders can be placed in the following ways:
- Online Orders: After logging into your wholesale account, you can browse products and place your order directly through our website.
- Email Orders: If you prefer, you can email your order to design@kulturedrider.com using the SKU numbers, quantities, and any specific customization requests (if applicable).
- Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for wholesale orders: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Wholesale orders are shipped via Shipping Carrier available on their account profile and are subject to shipping fees based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated and added to your invoice at checkout or invoicing.
- Lead Times: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Larger or custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend adding shipping insurance to your order, especially for large or high-value items. If you opt out of insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive any defective or damaged items, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or credit at our discretion.
- Non-Defective Returns: Wholesale orders are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless previously agreed upon in writing. If an exception is made, the items must be in original packaging and condition, and a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us at design@kulturedrider.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pricing and Discounts
- Wholesale Pricing: As a wholesale account holder, you are eligible for wholesale pricing as indicated on your account. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
- Discounts: Volume discounts may apply for bulk purchases. Contact us at design@kulturedrider.com for information on special discounts for high-volume orders or ongoing business partnerships.
- Price Changes: Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will notify you if there are significant price changes after an order has been placed.
- Custom Orders (if applicable)
- Customization Options: We offer custom orders for wholesale clients, including private label, logo placement, and product customization. Minimum order quantities and additional fees may apply for custom orders.
- Lead Times: Custom orders may require additional production time, typically 30-90 days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of your order.
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders, with the balance due before shipping.
- Intellectual Property
As a wholesale partner, you are granted permission to use our product images and descriptions for the purpose of promoting and selling our products. However, all content remains the property of Kultured Rider, and you may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.
- Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order may be accepted, but once the order is in processing or has shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Custom Orders: Custom and special orders cannot be canceled.
- Confidentiality
As a wholesale customer, you agree to keep all wholesale pricing, discounts, and proprietary business information confidential. Any sharing or publicizing of this information without prior consent may result in the termination of your wholesale account.
- Governing Law
These Wholesale Order Instructions and Policy are governed by the laws of United States/New Jersey. Any disputes related to this policy or your wholesale account will be resolved in the courts located in United States/New Jersey.
