Kultured Rider Shipping Policy

At Kultured Rider, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we deliver your items.

  1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 5 business days minimum (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • If for any reason your order cannot ship within 5 business days, you will be contacted directly.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses including, but not limited to shipping cost, insurance, weekend delivery fees and certified mail expenses. 
  • If expedited services are needed, please contact us immediately for rates.

We offer the following shipping options: 

UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS Next Day Air®

USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the time of year.

  • All custom orders are shipped via UPS only. If the value of your item is over $500, we require you to select the “REQUIRE A SIGNATURE” option. Please plan to receive it accordingly. 
  • We do not ship orders on Federal Holidays.
  1. Pre-orders
  • If you have purchased an item listed as a "Pre-Order," we will indicate a “estimated shipping date” on the shipping page. Please be aware that shipping dates may change, but we will strive to keep you informed with the most accurate information. 
  • If your order contains multiple items, any available items will ship separately.
  • In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified via email with a revised estimated shipping date.
  • Once your order is processed, you will be charged for the item, and no further changes can be made. If you need to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  1. Shipping Delays
  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
  1. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes with standard shipping options only. Expedited and overnight shipping options are unavailable for P.O. Box addresses.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@kulturedrider.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to make any changes. If there is an issue, please contact us at customerservice@kulturedrider.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.

 

Kultured Rider Shipping Responsibility

Kultured Rider is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by UPS or the US Postal Service.
  • Lost or damaged products once they have been shipped are the responsibility of the carrier the customer selected at the time of order. Please contact the respective carrier directly.
  • We will not be able to refund any lost shipment.
  • Please contact your local post office for packages marked as "delivered" by the US Post service.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • If you encounter issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
  • Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to update. In some rare cases, tracking may not show updates, but you will still receive your order. If your order does not arrive after the estimated delivery window, feel free to contact us.
  • All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If tracking confirms that your package was delivered to the specified address, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Kultured Rider cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

 

We are not responsible for packages that do not arrive within the guaranteed shipping times, as it may take 5 business days to process your order. We cannot be held liable for any delays related to what the carrier guarantees. If your package is delayed, please contact the respective carrier directly.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not liable if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Refunds will not be issued if the customer entered an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

 

Since we strive to process and ship orders quickly, there is only a short window of time to cancel or modify an order, including making changes to the shipping address.

 

If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, please email us at customerservice@kulturedrider.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

 

If our shipping team reaches out to you about an incorrect address and we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
