Custom Order Policy
Kultured Rider Custom Order Policy
We are a small family-owned business, and we take great pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted custom garments. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, we have strict policies to ensure the best experience for both parties. By placing a custom or semi-custom order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Please email design@kulturedrider.com to schedule your appointment for custom orders.
- Accurate Measurements
- By entering into a custom order, you agree to provide accurate and precise measurements for the garment. The fit of your custom garment will be based on these measurements.
- Fit Discrepancies: If there is an issue with the fit, we will compare the garment to the measurements you provided. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the measurements submitted.
- We will make every effort to accommodate minor changes; however, please understand that not all changes may be possible, and additional charges may apply if changes are requested after production has started.
- Payment Terms
- Non-Refundable Deposit: All custom and semi-custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. This deposit is used to cover materials and labor.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full within 5 business days of garment completion. You will receive notification when the garment is completed, along with the final invoice.
- Forfeiture of Funds: If the final payment is not received within the 5 business day window, you will forfeit all monies paid thus far, and the garment will be made available for purchase for others.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Orders
- Custom Orders: All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
- Semi-Custom Orders: Semi-custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Each semi-custom garment will be assessed individually.
- Changes to Orders
- Any requested changes to your custom garment must be made before production begins. Once production has started, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but this may not always be possible.
- Changes are subject to additional charges, depending on the extent of the alterations requested and the stage of production.
- Communication and Timelines
- We value clear communication and will provide you with updates on the status of your custom order, including estimated completion dates. Please ensure that all communication with us is timely to avoid delays.
- Understanding of Policy
- By placing a custom or semi-custom order with Kultured Rider, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined in this Custom Order Policy. This policy ensures that we can continue offering high-quality, personalized products while managing our resources efficiently as a small business.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about our custom order process or policies, please feel free to contact us at design@kulturedrider.com.
