What types of products do you manufacture?

We specialize in fabric-based products and garments. If it can be stitched, we can make it.

This includes apparel such as shirts, Western wear, capes, jackets, tops, scarves, denim, and other fabric-based accessories.

Do you only manufacture Western wear?

While our in-house brand focuses on Western wear, our manufacturing facility has over 40 years of experience producing a wide range of fabric-based products across multiple categories. Our capabilities are not limited to Western wear.

Can I customize your existing designs?

Yes! Customizing our existing designs is the simplest and most efficient way to work with us.

You can customize:

  • Fabric
  • Color
  • Trims
  • Surface design
  • Embellishments
  • Minor detailing

Because the patterns already exist, this process is faster and typically requires lower minimum quantities than fully custom designs.

Can you develop a completely new design for my brand?

Yes! We do support fully custom designs.

If you are creating a new style that differs from our existing designs (such as a new silhouette, collar, sleeve length, or structure), we will need to develop a new pattern.

This process includes:

  • Pattern development
  • Sampling
  • Approval before production

New designs require additional lead time and minimum quantities.

How long does pattern development take?

Pattern development typically takes 30–60 days, depending on the complexity of the design and the approval process.

Production begins only after the pattern and fabric are fully approved.

Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Maybe! Minimum quantities depend on:

Whether the design is existing or fully custom

  • Fabric choice
  • Type of embellishment
  • Production complexity

Customizing existing designs generally allows for lower MOQs than developing a new design from scratch.

Can you manufacture products that are not currently part of your collection (e.g., denim or jackets)?

Yes! Even if a product is not part of our current collection, we may still have the capability to manufacture it.

This typically involves a separate discussion to assess feasibility, timelines, and minimum quantities.

Do you offer custom fabric printing?

Yes! We offer digital fabric printing, depending on the fabric type.

Some fabrics may have limitations. Fabric suitability is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can you create custom-manufactured fabric (not digitally printed)?

Yes! We can work with our fabric mill partners to manufacture custom fabrics.

Please note:

  • This requires higher minimum quantities
  • Lead times are longer than digital printing
  • Availability depends on fabric type and specifications

Do you offer embroidery and surface work?

Yes! We support a wide range of surface and finishing techniques, including:

  • Machine embroidery
  • Beading
  • Patchwork
  • Decorative detailing
  • Other embellishment techniques

Availability depends on the design and fabric selected.

Are you a one-stop manufacturing partner?

Yes! We work as a manufacturing partner, coordinating sourcing, production, stitching, and finishing through our trusted network of vendors and facilities.

What else can you manufacture?

Our facility has experience producing leather goods, bags, and home textiles such as bed sheets and pillowcases. Availability for these categories depends on the specific project and requirements.
